end of Cayman Brac. We are approx.1/2 mile from the
end where you see 
the
bluff jetting out to the sea, blow holes, and Great
Cave is there also. Only a bike ride away from property.
18 Condominiums located only 75ft. from the water's
edge, has pool, cabana area with bbq grilles, rinse
tanks for divers and snorkelers. Hammocks to lay
out on and relax to the ocean breeze. 4 Ocean Front
Balcony models and 3 Ocean Front Patio's and the
rest are Rear units upper and lower with an Ocean
View from the side window.
Our luxury Condo's are fully furnished with two baths/two
bedrooms (1 queen/1 full) and queen size sleeper sofa
in the living room (linens included) and can sleep
up to 6 people. Kitchens are fully equipped (Stove,
Dishwasher, Microwave & Coffee maker) with dishes,
pots, and pans. Separate utility room area with a
stacked washer and dryer.; All rental units are available
with central air, 
ceiling
fans, and Satellite TV with VCR.
Amenities
Water front with rocky shoreline, but some sandy
area to get in and out from. Not actually a beach,
Public beach is nearby only 6 miles from here where
everyone goes when they want all sandy beach. Cayman
Brac is not known for it's beaches, therefore iron
shore and rocky shoreline with favorable sandy spots
through out the island for snorkeling and diving.
Lots of good shore diving! easy access. Tennis nearby
at the Hotels, Divi, sign up as a day guest and
your set! Fitness center at Brac Reef for only 4.00
a day to use gym equipment. Watersports nearby using
Reef Divers or Divi Tiara dive operators. Conference
Facilities at Reef Divers and Divi for meetings
if needed, schedule an appointment ahead of time.
Free bikes for our guests to ride.
Activities
Scuba diving can be done from our shoreline, shelling,
caving, Great Cave is only down the end of the street
where the blow holes 
are
at the end of the island, perfect place for picture
taking. Boat diving with dive operators nearby. Wedding
services are also available.
Restaurants
Nearby is a wonderful place for eating fine island
food called Aunt Sha's. Menue is in units here on
coffee table. Excellent food at reasonable prices!
Full fish plate, 9.00 up. or if you want a plain
cheeseburger and fries, only 6.00.

Directions to Cayman Breakers
Come out airport turn right go to first crossroad
on right turn right and follow main road until 
you
get to a stop sign and that is the South Side of the
Island, turn left and head almost to the end of the
island, approx. 10 miles east. We are on the right
hand side, wide driveway enterance with round globes
on the end posts, come in and the sign will say on
top of small maintenance bldg. Welcome to the Cayman
Breakers.
